If things aren’t working out or unfortunate circumstances arise, we will welcome your SAAP cat back into our rescue.

Please Note: If this form is completed for a SAAP cat, we will contact you with information on where & when to return them. If this form is completed for a cat that was not adopted from SAAP, you will receive an automated response to confirm that we received the form. Beyond that you will only be contacted if we are able to take the cat into our rescue.
