Making new best friends since 1998.
Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) was founded in 1998 and is dedicated to the rescue of dogs and cats that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where they are provided with love, food, medical care, and socialization until adoption into a new loving home.
Stray Animal Adoption Program (SAAP) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit that exists to rescue, protect, and provide care for at risk dogs and cats. Our pets are fostered in homes until adoption.

Meet SAAP’s Featured Fur Friends!
Introducing SAAP’s Featured Fur Friend! As a featured fur friend, you can adopt these pets for a reduced adoption fee. You’ll also receive a bag of food included at adoption!
Meet Phil!
Meet Phil! Phil was brought into SAAP at just a few days old as a member of the Hercules litter, he was originally adopted at 10 weeks old and in April made his way back to SAAP due to no fault of his own. Phil is a typical teenage pup that is full of energy and has entered the stage where he is testing boundaries to see what he can and can’t get away with. He’s dog friendly and gets very excited around other dogs.
Meet Dovey!
Dovey was adopted as a tiny kitten and sadly had to be returned shortly after her 7th birthday when she was diagnosed with diabetes. Dovey has come a long way over the past year and a half and is ready to find a forever home of her own. She is an expert snuggler and would love nothing better than to lay on your lap while you work on the computer or read a book. She is co-existing with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes after very slow introductions. She takes her vetsulin shots like a champ every 12 hours, and her diabetic markers are the best they've been.
